What you'll do

• Prepare bakery items to company standards
• label and date baked items and follow food storage procedures
• set up and maintain display cases
• use merchandising techniques and coordinate samples and packaging with host and cashier
• clean and sanitize bakery equipment, cases, and work areas
• portion products accurately and follow recipes and FIFO standards
• communicate product, service, equipment, and safety concerns
• assist coworkers with prep, dishwashing, and restocking.
