What you'll do

• Serve as a resource for the HRIS system and PCC
• provide HR analysis related to recruiting, labor management, retention, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and HR initiatives
• support employee access to PCC
• develop HRIS training
• oversee user provisioning and upgrades
• complete management-level background and reference checks
• manage management-level employee files
• assist with FMLA tracking.
