What you'll do

• Lead sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, maintenance, logistics, and quality performance
• drive measurable improvements in throughput, yield, waste, downtime, and labor productivity
• maintain food safety, product quality, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance
• develop leaders and accountability systems
• establish operating cadence and KPIs
• plan capacity, automation, make-versus-buy decisions, and footprint
• chair executive S&OP
• prioritize capital and oversee business cases
• report performance and risks to ownership
• partner with the CFO on budgets, forecasts, reporting, cash flow, working capital, and controls
• improve margins
• lead sales growth and customer and supplier relationships
• execute strategic plans and capital projects.
