Accounting Manager

The position supports TEI Electrical Solutions’ accounting and financial reporting under the direction of the President/CFO. The manager coordinates daily accounting activities and maintains accurate financial records, reporting, payroll oversight, and project-related financial information to support company operations and project execution.

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly financial reports and review general ledger accounts
• update work-in-progress and depreciation schedules
• manage accounts receivable, collections, deposits, reconciliations, accounts payable, and credit card payments
• administer Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate
• review payroll data and reports
• oversee 401(k) census reporting and certified payroll
• assist with project billing, closeouts, insurance audits, fleet documentation, and operational reporting.
