What you'll do

• Communicate box-office policies and seating information to patrons by email, phone, and in person
• respond to customer-service inquiries
• process ticket orders and subscriber exchanges
• handle cash and credit-card payments and reconcile sales
• assist with price sheets and seating charts
• support patrons needing accessible seating
• process promotional orders and organize box-office materials
• prepare ticket orders for mailing
• assist with transporting supplies
• help train new staff on ticketing systems.
