What you'll do

• process customer demands and support accurate fulfillment
• provide inventory, order status, tracking, service contract, and repair order updates
• handle inbound and outbound calls
• generate invoices and credit memos
• maintain customer records
• prepare shipping documents
• coordinate with sales, service, and production teams.
