What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and growth of the structural engineering department
• develop hiring plans and drive revenue growth
• prepare the department’s annual operating plan and long-range plans
• manage organizational financials, proposals, budgets, and resources
• provide structural engineering design leadership for renewable energy, buildings, foundations, assessments, and retrofit work
• oversee construction administration
• review calculations and supervise quality before stamping drawings and reports
• improve workflows and practices.
