Activities Director — Senior Living

The Activities Director role is onsite in Pampa, TX, at Meredith Court. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional holidays as needed. Compensation is $20 per hour. The role supports resident engagement in an assisted living community.

What you'll do

• Lead and participate in activities, events, trips, and celebrations
• create and distribute monthly calendars and newsletters
• gather resident feedback
• coordinate with other departments
• schedule transportation and drive the community van or bus
• assist residents during outings
• provide daily one-on-one companionship and encouragement
• and support marketing, community relationships, tours, and apartment rentals as needed.

Why this role

Two years of assisted living experience and a valid driver’s license are required. Activity programming, recreation, or related experience and an Activity Director Certified credential are preferred. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents during activities and transportation.
