What you'll do

• Process retail sales paperwork according to lender and dealership guidelines
• verify vehicle identification numbers and follow up on missing documents or authorizations
• prepare and forward funding packets
• ensure timely payoffs
• post vehicle sales and purchases
• process payments and payoff checks
• process dealer trades
• route paid deals to the title clerk
• maintain deal activity reports and logs
• provide administrative support.
