What you'll do

• Manage staffing needs and supervise nursing staff providing direct resident care
• assist with staff development
• provide direct resident care according to established plans
• collect and document resident medical status at admission and during treatment
• assist with individualized treatment plans
• monitor resident record documentation
• coordinate staffing schedules
• uphold resident rights and work with families and staff to resolve grievances.

Why this role
