What you'll do

• Provide person-centered support based on individual goals, teach skills, encourage independence, and support behavioral strategies and employment learning
• advocate for choice and safety
• document services and incidents in Setworks in accordance with Iowa Code and agency standards
• support job development and retention, including applications, interviews, coaching, employer communication, transportation, and collaboration with schools and community partners
• participate in cross-training and community integration activities.
