What you'll do

• Process biweekly payroll and verify employee pay and deduction information
• prepare payroll reports and corrections
• generate monthly contract invoices and maintain billing documentation
• record customer payments and monitor receivables
• respond to payroll and billing inquiries
• route incoming checks and payment documents
• support annual financial statement and 401(k) audits
• provide backup accounts payable support
• maintain confidential records.
