What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor winding and converting equipment
• load and align raw materials
• inspect in-process and finished goods
• use calipers and tape measures for dimensional checks
• stack, package, and organize finished products
• troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic preventive maintenance
• make routine machine adjustments
• maintain a clean workstation and production records
• follow safety and quality procedures and cross-train on equipment.
