What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for U.S. positions
• coordinate background checks and employment verifications
• deliver onboarding and orientation
• support benefits, leave, recognition, and engagement programs
• ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
• review weekly payroll and serve as backup processor with U.S. and Canada payroll teams
• manage offboarding and exit feedback
• track and report talent metrics
• partner with Operations on safety reviews and incident follow-ups
• coordinate community outreach and local events
• support managers with employee relations and performance management
• respond to employee questions.
