What you'll do

• Recruit, screen, and train adult volunteer mentors
• coordinate mentor-mentee matches and provide oversight
• facilitate supervised group activities
• plan and facilitate afterschool and summer activities
• maintain staff-to-child ratios and active supervision
• support daily routines, meals, and transitions
• use positive behavior guidance
• document incidents and concerns
• maintain attendance, licensing records, case notes, reports, and assessments
• support licensing inspections
• communicate program expectations and schedules to families
• assist with setup, cleanup, meal distribution, and safety procedures.
