What you'll do

• Enter sale information for in-lane and online LiveBlock transactions, including prices, bidder numbers, if-bids, and announcements
• review pre-populated AMS data and enter missing or modified announcements
• accurately record sale prices and bidder numbers
• document corrections and submit them to the manager
• provide courteous customer service and escalate serious complaints or incidents
• communicate with auctioneers and dealer representatives
• attend informational meetings
• monitor work-area conditions and equipment for cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
• follow company policies and applicable laws.
