What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and range of motion
• document care and observations in real time
• report changes in condition to a licensed nurse
• assist with meals and record intake
• transport patients to therapy appointments
• support recreational and social activities
• respond to call lights and round on customers
• protect patient rights, dignity, privacy, and safety
• follow infection-control procedures.
