What you'll do

• Provide Christ-centered individual and group counseling
• mentor residents and support connections with approved mentors and family
• oversee Bible study teachers
• support residents in finding sponsors and progressing through recovery
• oversee campus operations
• develop staff, interns, and volunteers
• plan weekend activities, family support nights, classes, and special events.
