What you'll do

• Direct Process Engineering, Capital Planning and Projects, Maintenance, Metrology, Utilities, and Facilities
• develop resource plans for projects
• maintain medical device production systems in an audit-ready state
• direct GMP and non-GMP equipment, facility, and utility projects
• plan facility assets and identify process optimization and cost-reduction opportunities
• manage engineering systems and maintenance and metrology schedules
• develop staff and coach leaders
• drive site manufacturing performance, quality, and compliance initiatives.
