What you'll do

• Lead and hold property managers and other staff accountable
• guide resident relations and retention programs
• control operating costs and maximize revenue
• countersign leases
• oversee receivables and collections
• assist with annual budgets
• maintain capital expenditure and preventative maintenance logs
• prepare monthly financial letters
• ensure staffing and train new managers
• address resident escalations
• oversee marketing, leasing, audits, inspections, maintenance, work orders, and unit turns
• maintain vendor relationships
• comply with applicable laws and agreements.
