What you'll do

• Help prospective customers navigate online insurance shopping and obtain company health insurance quotes
• answer and resolve existing customers’ basic administrative and billing questions
• respond to inquiries through phone, chat, and email
• document interactions in support ticketing software
• and propose process or product solutions based on customer issues.
