What you'll do

• Serve as the primary IT contact for designated business units
• build relationships with senior leaders
• translate business strategies into technology opportunities
• facilitate strategic planning and multi-year roadmaps
• assess and prioritize technology demand
• evaluate business cases and ROI
• manage initiative intake
• coordinate with PMO and delivery teams on portfolio visibility
• act as an escalation point for service issues
• review service performance, SLAs, and customer feedback
• work with IT operations on stability and service management.
