What you'll do

• Lead or contribute to test discipline objectives
• develop automated test systems and programs for analog, digital, and mixed-signal ICs, with emphasis on analog power-management IC testing
• collect and analyze chip or circuit test data using standard instruments
• debug analog products with serial bus interfaces
• support test hardware and program development
• coordinate schedules, milestones, and technical support with team members.
