What you'll do

• Manage projects from proposal and concept through design, permitting, construction support, and closeout
• oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations
• coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• oversee site planning, grading, stormwater, utilities, and erosion control
• liaise with clients and agencies
• prepare and review plans, reports, calculations, specifications, and permit applications
• monitor project performance and risks
• mentor staff
• support proposals and client relationships.
