What you'll do

• Coordinate engagement and division sales objectives with company-owned distribution and distributor partners
• support product sales opportunities in the assigned focus area
• coordinate corrective actions for field product-quality issues
• participate in customer quality reviews
• oversee technical literature, service training materials, and service kits
• contribute service input to product transition and design reviews
• assist distributors, branches, and dealers with escalated installation, quality, or service problems
• travel to field locations to resolve escalated product problems
• provide sales and training resources to channel partners.
