• interview, select, onboard, train, coach, and develop Customer Advocates
• conduct performance check-ins and set goals
• monitor reports and present to upper management
• assist with vehicle washing or delivery when needed
• drive production and improve customer and team experience
• manage complex customer-facing issues.
