What you'll do

• Answer phones and greet visitors

• register patients and determine service eligibility

• interview patients to establish or reactivate records
• assist with registration forms and signatures
• maintain alternate-resource data
• coordinate with Benefits Coordinators on Marketplace and Medicaid eligibility
• prepare reports
• schedule appointments and follow-ups
• submit or cancel transportation requests
• comply with HIPAA.
