What you'll do

• Lead plaintiff personal injury files from pre-suit through trial
• meet with clients
• evaluate claims, damages, and liability
• manage discovery, motions, depositions, and expert strategy
• negotiate with carriers and defense counsel
• participate in mediation
• first-chair trials when appropriate
• collaborate with legal support staff and attorneys.
