Integration Engineer, ERP and API Systems (Hybrid)

Job overview

The Integration Engineer role is hybrid, with 2–3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $65–$70 per hour on W-2. The role supports an active ERP, field service management, and eStore rollout initiative. The engineer will bring integration ownership in-house by building and maintaining reliable connections among enterprise systems. The work includes modernizing APIs and middleware, supporting data migration and transformation, and improving the reliability and integrity of information moving across systems.

What you'll do

• Own integrations across ERP, field service, payment, and eStore systems
• build and modernize REST and event-driven APIs and middleware
• design and maintain ETL pipelines and data movement workflows
• implement validation, deduplication, and transaction integrity controls
• monitor integration health, configure alerts, and resolve failures
• build new integrations for eStore and vendor inventory synchronization
• mentor and support junior team members.
