What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• supervise and support LPNs, medication aides, CNAs/STNAs, and other direct-care staff
• assign and adjust work based on resident needs and staffing
• arrange replacements for staffing-related absences
• transfer employees among units as needed
• complete performance evaluations and provide input on personnel decisions
• adjust breaks and address staff concerns
• oversee unit operations when higher-level management is absent.
