The role supports client outcomes through litigation leadership, advocacy, and counsel on workplace compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead single-plaintiff, class, collective, and PAGA matters through litigation, trial, and arbitration
• develop and execute case strategy
• direct discovery and depositions
• work with expert witnesses
• draft and argue significant motions
• represent clients in court and arbitration
• lead settlement negotiations and mediations
• and advise employer clients on California employment law.
