What you'll do

• Develop strategic marketing plans and annual sales and profit forecasts
• create and implement tools to meet organizational goals and monitor assigned brands’ profit-and-loss margins
• identify opportunities and operational controls to improve brand performance and prevent losses
• develop motivational plans for the commercial team to meet financial goals
• prepare operational presentations
• provide brand and product knowledge to customers, consumers, and the sales force
• train promoters for demonstrations, tastings, and other activities.
