Customer Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Review customer quality requirements and integrate them into the Quality Management System
• support APQP and PPAP activities and measurement plans
• align analytical and manufacturing techniques with regional Supplier Quality Engineers
• advise program managers on structured problem solving
• bridge customers and regional Quality Teams
• identify quality-system and partner-network improvements
• implement customer-quality performance indicators
• coordinate timely, complete responses to supplier corrective action requests
• advocate for customers on quality issues.
