What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• prepare material and labor take-offs and cost analyses
• maintain bid calendars
• coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• visit job sites
• prepare and track bids
• maintain historical cost data and estimation records
• support change-order pricing, procurement, business development, and project handoffs.
