What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members
• set expectations and provide feedback
• build schedules
• lead personalized shoe fittings and recommend footwear, insoles, apparel, and accessories
• monitor sales performance and coach toward goals
• oversee opening and closing, point-of-sale and cash handling, merchandising, inventory, and store presentation
• partner with the corporate team
• represent Goodmiles at local races, group runs, expos, and community events as an opportunity.
