What you'll do

• Inspect machinery and replace worn parts
• clean and lubricate components
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance on extrusion lines
• diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• use manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools
• repair or replace motors, sensors, and controls
• assist senior technicians with rebuilds
• calibrate equipment and adjust settings
• document maintenance and work orders in CMMS
• assist with procedures and guide Level I technicians.
