What you'll do

• Own and grow the assigned Winchester territory across skilled nursing facilities
• build referral pipelines with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and payors
• convert referrals into admissions through clinical positioning and responsiveness
• identify market gaps and develop strategies to increase census and capture rate
• partner with facility teams on goals, messaging, and execution
• mentor and support regional business development efforts.
