Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Afternoon Availability

Job overview

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is in person in Tysons, VA, with pay of $24–$28 per hour. Kids Club ABA provides services to individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Under BCBA supervision, the RBT provides one-to-one ABA therapy, implements behavior plans, and documents client progress. The work supports clients’ social, communication, and daily living skills through structured teaching and collaboration with families and caregivers.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• implement behavior intervention plans and collect progress data
• assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans
• collaborate with families and caregivers
• document client progress and maintain medical records
• support activities of daily living and social interactions
• conduct structured ABA teaching sessions.
