Occupational Therapist - Tucson, AZ This is an onsite position in Tucson, AZ with a $10,000 Sign on Bonus and relocation assistance available for Fulltime. Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northwest Tucson is a growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader. This role exists to provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy, guiding their rehabilitation journey and supporting their recovery.

What you'll do

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field

Experience

Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field or Master's Degree preferred
