What you'll do

• Conduct initial client intake and interviews for behavioral health assessment and treatment
• perform lab tests under standing or new orders
• obtain and document vital signs
• evaluate physical status
• report lab results and prepare records for providers
• serve as a liaison between clients and providers
• participate in care-team patient-management policies and processes
• facilitate referrals
• communicate with agencies and service providers as directed
• maintain professional and ethical standards and respect clients’ cultural, religious, and personal values.
