What you'll do

• Provide customer service and contribute to retail sales growth
• resolve customer questions and concerns
• assist with floral, plant, container, and accessory selection
• prepare and design floral and plant products based on skill and experience
• maintain client relationships and follow up as needed
• participate in store setup and breakdown
• refresh product merchandising.
