What you'll do

• Lead onsite oversight of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP work
• review construction schedules and forecasts
• coordinate schedule meetings
• manage owner-furnished equipment logistics and installation tracking
• coordinate commissioning and vendor schedules
• review costs, change orders, and pay applications
• conduct site walks
• track progress and risks
• manage project documentation, permitting, inspections, and closeout.

Why this role
