Assistant General Manager, Plant Operations

The Assistant General Manager role is onsite in Colonial Heights, VA. Compensation is $85,000–$95,000 per year. The role manages departments at the plant level and reports to the General Manager. The role exists to support revenue, profit, and growth at the assigned location while executing company policies and procedures. It contributes through plant-level management, staff development, customer service, and operational goal delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage all departments at the plant level
• support revenue, profit, and growth
• recruit and develop staff and conduct employee reviews
• apply organizational, customer service, sales, production management, and supervisory experience
• use P&L experience and computer applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Why this role
