The Infrastructure Project Manager role is onsite in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Compensation is $160,000–$170,000 annually. CMTS supports critical infrastructure projects that strengthen communities and improve public facilities throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands. The manager leads assigned capital improvement projects from planning through closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, procurement, design, construction, contracts, and risk management. The role supports safe, timely, on-budget delivery that meets quality standards and program objectives.

What you'll do

• Manage project development from programming through completion
• lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout
• administer consultant and construction contracts
• develop bid packaging strategies
• manage bid meetings and contract execution
• monitor scope, budgets, schedules, and performance
• review invoices, pay applications, change orders, and amendments
• coordinate design reviews, cost estimates, value engineering, permitting, inspections, and specialty services
• facilitate project meetings and progress reporting
• oversee risk, safety, quality, and project execution plans
• coordinate funding and regulatory requirements
• maintain stakeholder relationships and project documentation.
