Care Partner — 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

The Care Partner role is onsite in Ocoee, FL, at an Inspired Living senior living community. Compensation is not specified. The position supports residents with daily living services and personal care under the direction of the Director of Health and Wellness. The Care Partner follows each resident’s service plan, observes and documents changes in condition, and communicates resident needs to colleagues, medical professionals, and families. The role also supports meal service and helps maintain compliant, respectful care.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living according to resident service plans
• document observed changes in condition
• follow quality, safety, regulatory, HIPAA, OSHA, and blood-borne pathogen requirements
• communicate resident needs among Care Partners
• assist with meal service, dining-room clearing, and cleaning.
