IT Support Technician

Job overview

IT Support Technician is a hybrid, on-site and in-person role based in Denver, CO. Compensation is $31.25–$36.06 per hour. The position joins SRS Acquiom’s IT Support team, which supports internal desktop and cloud applications, hardware, and office network infrastructure. The technician provides internal users with hardware, software, and account support, maintains endpoint and inventory processes, and helps keep systems secure and available. This work supports the company’s transaction services and the employees who deliver them.

What you'll do

• Support macOS and Windows hardware and software for in-person and remote clients
• prioritize and resolve internal support tickets
• train end users
• diagnose errors and performance issues
• test and deploy software and hardware
• maintain staff inventory, accounts, and logins
• coordinate with vendors
• provision cloud, VoIP, fax, copier, and secure-printing accounts
• support onboarding, backups, MDM security profiles, troubleshooting documentation, and IT training materials.
