What you'll do

• Follow proprietary recipes and production methods
• prepare ingredients and equipment
• operate mixers and ovens and monitor baking
• package, label, store, and rotate products
• maintain baking and refrigeration logs
• assist with production planning and supply monitoring
• evaluate ingredients and finished cakes for quality
• clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation
• follow health and safety standards.
