What you'll do

• Provide medical nutrition therapy in accordance with provider orders, hospital policies, and Clinical Nutrition Department procedures
• conduct nutrition assessments for patients identified as being at nutritional risk
• deliver nutrition education
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• support Food and Clinical Nutrition Department teams.
