Registered Nurse (RN) – Psychiatric

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Psychiatric role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, for a 16-week assignment with three 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend required; floating to psychiatric assignments is required. Pay is $2,000–$2,500 per week. The nurse provides care in an acute-care hospital setting for adult, child, and adolescent patients. The RN assesses and monitors patients, documents conditions and responses to treatment, coordinates care with the healthcare team, follows hospital safety procedures, and floats to psychiatric units as required. The posting requires a current New York RN license and registration, American Heart Association BLS certification, and relevant acute-care and psychiatric experience.
