The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician II is an onsite, full-time role supporting properties in Portland, OR. Pay is $24–$26 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; after-hours work may be required as needed. The technician maintains homes and property grounds across supported sites, completing work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and routine repairs. The role helps keep properties safe and well maintained while coordinating with leasing staff and managers and responding to resident needs. Emergency on-call is required.

What you'll do

• Perform unit turns and work orders
• schedule and complete preventive maintenance
• diagnose and perform minor or routine repairs
• maintain grounds and property appearance
• inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs
• follow OSHA and SDS safety requirements
• provide customer service to residents
• participate in emergency on-call.
